This group teaches from the Bible. Works will not save you ,since we are all broken people living in a broken world we can't be righteous enough through our own strength to be clean enough to enter heaven which is perfect,pure and sinless . Only Jesus who is perfect could bridge the gap to perfection that we can't achieve on our own,John 3:15 and 16, however James 2:14 says "what does it profit a man say he hath faith,and have not works ? Can faith save him?" Although you can't be saved through works ,your works will be evidence that you are truly saved and committed to giving God your best and He will take care of the rest ,through his free gift of Salvation .Also, we must be grieved of our sins and failures and "repent"turn away and follow Gods Truth in His word,which requires action .Mathew 7:16 "You shall know them by their fruits" Mathew 7:21 " Not every one that saith ,Lord, Lord ,shall enter into the kingdom of heaven,but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."
