My wife and I have been attending this church for 2 years, and it’s been an amazing place to grow and get connected with other young adults. Pastor Adam teaches verse by verse and keeps things grounded in Scripture, which I really appreciate. K-Lee and the children’s ministry leaders are committed to teaching God’s word in a fun, interactive way. If you’re looking for a church that’s friendly, Bible-focused, and intentional about community/discipleship, The Vine is worth checking out.

A awesome body of believers and followers of Christ. Very friendly people and staff, you feel welcomed from the beginning. Pastor Adam delivers a digestible verse by verse teaching Sundays and Wednesday.

Awesome church. Love the community. Love the preaching of the Word. Pastor Adam teaches verse by verse & leads by example. My wife and I have been attending the church since we got married and we both love it.

I wish I could give this church 10 stars! The doctrine is spot on and the church family shows Christ's love and good spiritual fruits. I enjoy the worship selection. Discipleship is lived out at this church. Awesome childrens ministry too :0)

Visited first time .. loved the worship. Unlike many Calvary chapel..this worship team sang old and new hymns. Which was wonderful. The preaching was spot on and liked the question period. I did however stand for 10 min alone and no one even took the time to even look my way. Only the "usher" said hi, but that was it. Showed no interest in us as visitors. Being the only Asian there I can't imagine someone not picking me out as a visitor. With that said...it seemed like a family atmosphere. If we weren't so far away, we would give them a second chance.

The Vine Calvary Chapel is a growing church community centered on the word of God. Pastor Adam is focused on preaching the Word, without any fanfare. There’s a lot of young families with kids which is always a great sign for the future of the church.

We're still in the quasi-covid environment, so my experience was undoubtedly limited in some respects. However, that experience was still a very good one. I attended as a visitor to hear a guest speaker. Immediately, I felt welcome - greeted at the door by friendly faces and good people. I met Brian, Collette, and then Pastor Adam. Not sure what the pre-covid attendance was, but this is a smaller, comfortable congregation. Casual attire is normal. No plate was passed. Music is part of the worship, and today, a missionary couple who work in Brazil led the congregation in worshipful song while playing an acoustic guitar. Ron introduced himself at a break, and more friendly faces helped me to feel welcome. Pastor Adam teaches from the Bible. Currently, they're in I Timothy. They have an informative website - check it out. The home page shows where they are in the Bible. It also shows their three fold mission - i) to bring people to Christ; ii) to help them build their faith in Him; and, iii) to send us out to be lights to those who do not have Christ. Pastor Adam took a few minutes today to share some reflections on current events - particularly focusing on the chaos currently in Afghanistan as the US withdrawals. He was NOT political. He did read sections of a Washington Post article describing what is happening. His focus was on the Christians there, and how they face mortal danger. He then helped us to find ways that we can honor those there - those who we cannot go to and directly give aid. Instead, he offered the suggestion that we honor what they are doing as disciples of Christ, and do our best to live for Him here so that those who face persecution may at least rejoice that those who can follow Christ in freedom are doing this. This is within our sphere of influence. Great comfortable, casual congregation, following the teachings of the Bible and making them effectual in their lives.

It is a loving community. A Church committed to simply being by faithful in teaching the word of God and living by it. One of the best teaching I have seen around.

The real deal. They know the Lord for sure. Verse-by-verse teaching through the whole Bible, and friendly people.

Pastor Adam breaks it down so everyone understands what the Bible is teaching. What was confusing at times is now so clear!
