I've been going to the Journey for 10 years now and I can't think of a better church to raise my daughters up in. The pastor is about as down to earth as you can get and able to preach God's word in a manner that is easily understood and relevant to our everyday lives. My husband and I love being actively involved in the church as it is very much like one big family. The children's ministry is a huge part of the Journey. So if you are in the Uniontown area and looking for a family-friendly church to call home - trust me, this is it.

I'm still pretty new to the church but something I love about this ministry is how much they prioritize loving and serving one another and the children's spiritual growth. It is beautiful! Also, the pastor and his wife are very down to earth and the congregation is very welcoming. It truly feels like a family.

Wonderful church, even better people. Always makes you feel like family to be there. Jared, the pastor, is a great speaker and is able to relate a lot of what happened in the Bible to current events, making it more relatable to us and how we view those events. Absolutely cannot say enough good things. Join us on Sunday and see for yourself!!!

Amazing church and amazing Pastor. His sermons really resonate with you and he's so personable. Everyone is so warm and welcoming to all. Very much a "come as you are" church! We're definitely family and I'm so proud to call this church my home.

Our grandson Stephen plays the guitar at The Journey so we go there when we are in PA visiting our family. We love it. Very casual and caring and friendly. Last Sunday it brought tears to my eyes when I saw the pastor picking up his little daughter and holding her so close to him. Then in the sermon he talked about how God holds us close the same way. Each time we go back, we see more people and an improvement in the pastor's sermon. He always stands by the door and greets everybody and makes us feel welcome. This attitude is reflected in everybody there.

If I could describe The Journey as a whole it would be 1John 3:18, "Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions." This seems to be the heart of the church. Also, they are very welcoming. They put in effort to reach out. I am very thankful for that. Thank you the Journey!!! <3

This church has brought me back to renew my faith with God. Jared is a wonderful, welcoming pastor. If you are looking for a church in the Uniontown area, please check this place out. Great messages, great band/music, and a wonderful congregation.

My late wife and I had the privilege of helping to plant this church. We started this church with the hope of becoming family and leading people to Jesus! I believe that both of these things are being accomplished daily. Great worship and great people!

A few years ago, I was searching to find a church that I could call home. My desire was to find a place where the people felt like family and the pastor stayed true to scripture. A place that God's presence was evident. At The Journey, I found these things and so much more!

Welcoming congregation and pastor. Great worship songs by the band and great small group Bible studies. If you are looking for a church to call home check out The Journey!
