Beautiful inclusive congregation with a lot of events for family and new friends. Very very welcoming. You will feel at home right the first visit, without pressure. We have been going to this synagogue the past three years and it always has been an honor and pleasure to be there with so many other congregants and friends of our great community, no matter if you are Jewish, Christian, Muslim …. Everybody does belong here and feels welcome. The events are exciting - and there is a lot to do and to experience. Clergy, school and office staff are extremely welcoming and kind. We appreciate everything you guys do for us and our community. This is not just a reform Jewish congregation, this is a Harrisburg, Central Pennsylvania Congregation-for everybody, nation - and worldwide. Stop by and join us for services, everybody does belong here and everybody is welcome here. What a gem to have in central Pennsylvania’s Capital City of Harrisburg . The concerts and events are amazing. The musical program during to regular services include a pianist, organist as well as a cantor with performances which are always beautiful, spiritual and inspiring and most likely the best in Central Pennsylvania. Most importantly, it’s easy to just “go” there and enjoy services, high holidays with beautiful choirs, special occasion and events. Lifestream is always available on YouTube for people who won’t be able to make it in person. The new updated sound system allows congregants and new friends with hearing disabilities to connect wirelessly to enjoy the beautiful music and services. We are grateful that we found so many new friends here. This place always seems to be moving forward into a hopefully better future , together.

The Emerson quartet played at this facility recently, so this review pertains to the venue which had great acoustics for a string Quartet. Right on front street, so easy to get to with a parking lot just to the south of the building (entrance on the Front Street side)

Very welcoming congregation. I visited with my confirmation group from Saint Paul’s UCC and I had to come back. Service is always beautiful.
