Lovely older church next to PA tpk, but it's a significant detour from the tpk because there is no nearby interchange. Still, worth a visit.

When you first enter the church you can feel the presence of God. This parish is filled with the Holy Spirit. The Mass is very engaging and the hour goes by in a minute. There is a beautiful pipe organ that fills the air with wonderful music (thanks to the organist). You are left wanting more... Come and see...

my husband and i pass this on our drive into pittsburgh and the ominous red scary cross is the highlight of our journey. 10/10 red scary cross church

hi this isn’t like an actual review but i’m just very curious about why it has a red cross at the top of the tower? like i was just driving by on my way to Pitt and it scared the hell out of me (no pun intended). does anyone know why they have it and why it is red?

Could not agree less with the previous two reviews about the red cross at night. I drove out there to see it myself because it was so warm and welcoming, I felt drawn to witness its majesty up close. I was not disappointed. 5 stars.

Amazing. Beautiful, cozy, serene church. Perfect place for a retreat. Fr. Mark is an amazing priest. We will definitely go back. I don’t have enough words to express how good this church and the priest is.

Witnessed the majestic red cross at sunset. Sadly we were just passing through and couldn’t stay to see it at night.

Beautiful church located in New Baltimore PA. Once known as the Church on the Turnpike, it used to have steps from both sides of the Turnpike for easy access to the Church by motorists. They've been removed.

Beautiful historical spot (used to be a Carmelite seminary.) An amazing archetecture encorporating all hard wood, exquisitely carved in the interior! Friendly and welcoming Catholic community. Well worth the visit!
