The church itself is beautiful. The pastor is Father Tom. Father Tom is my favorite priest ever. When Father Tom doesn’t say Mass, Father Paul does. Father Paul is my favorite priest ever. How can they both be my favorite priests? How can God be 3 and also 1? Yet another of the Church’s Mysteries.

This is the coolest parish in Pittsburgh, yo. Operated by the Franciscans, the only remaining church they have is the beautiful old St. Augustine's German church. Monday through Friday 630 pm mass in the chapel across the street (First Fridays too). Music's good, soft 80s Catholic classics, and the Father and Brother who work there are really sweet and generally deliver thoughtful heart-touching sermons, and they're eager to get to know their parishioners. One of the few churches that's actually open sometimes in the middle of the day when you have to sneak off to pray in the little alcove with the Pieta. Keep up the good work!

This is a beautiful, historic parish, well worth a visit if around in the area. The office staff, however, is very difficult to work with if you're a parishioner. The woman with whom I dealt was extremely defensive and mean, on multiple occasions, when trying to retrieve baptismal records and paperwork.

Very beautiful, historic church. Used to visit often while going to school many years ago. As is the case with old churches, not much has changed.

Good parish. The church was well lit and looked very nice. Convenient times for mass and confession. I will visit again

Beautiful architecture and acoustics. Kneelers could be a little roomier. Ha! Had no problem with street parking, not sure if they had a lot.
