What a wonderful congregation. I took 2 dear friends for the Chicken BBQ, the food and the fellowship was old time. The food homemade the fellowship so very friendly just as a 4 corner rural Methodist Church should be. I am planning 2 trips back one for the upcoming pasta dinner that is to help a man not associated with the congregation he had a heart replacement and these great people decided to have a benefit for him. That is the commission we have been given. To offer help to those in need.******************************************* The other thing Id like to point out is the prayer jar they had. If you had a issue on your heart so often we do. There sat a jar to place on a piece of paper your burden put it in the jar and people from the church community would pray for your concern. ************************************************* Is this not what Christ taught? Did he not tell us to pray without ceasing and to pray one for the other? The answer is yes he did. MAY GOD BLESS THE WORK OF THIS CHURCH. MAY THIS CHURCH FAMILY BE A BEACON IN THESE STORMY TIMES WE LIVE IN. We need Christ now more then ever! Allow this little country church to welcome you a stranger or you the person they would rejoice to see return. The first place I saw their true love was the smiling faces.
