Details
Eastminster Presbyterian Church is a dynamic and diverse congregation located in the heart of Pittsburgh's East Liberty neighborhood. We are driven by a mission to be Christ-Centered and intentionally cross-cultural, with a socioeconomic diversity reflecting a 60/40 white/black demographic. Our church is dedicated to racial justice, reconciliation, and sharing our diverse cultures and gifts with our community. At Eastminster, we believe that Jesus calls us to love our neighbors, and we have a long history of actively helping local residents of lower incomes. The staff, headed by Chief of Staff & Minister of Music Rev. Nikki Porter, remain outstanding, personable, helpful, and efficient, contributing to an incredibly Godly atmosphere. The church and centers are clean and beautifully decorated, with great parking availability for the location. Our welcoming environment extends to all, including those who are non-religious but spiritual, fostering personal relationships and accountability that deepen over time.
