Who We Are

Calvary Chapel of Delta is a non-denominational church rooted in the Calvary Chapel tradition, which began in the 1960s with Pastor Chuck Smith. The church was founded in 1996 and is located at 5911 Delta Road in Delta, PA, on the Pennsylvania-Maryland border. Our mission is to teach the whole Bible, verse by verse, to equip believers for ministry and to build up the body of Christ History of Calvary.

What We Believe

We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture, the Trinity, the deity of Christ, salvation through grace, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Our worship combines contemporary music with scripturally sound teachings, emphasizing the importance of both the Word and the Spirit What We Believe.

Worship and Services

Services are held at 8:00, 9:45, and 11:30 AM on Sundays, with a Sunday Night Prayer service at 6:00 PM and a Wednesday service at 7:00 PM. Each Sunday service lasts about 75 minutes and includes contemporary worship followed by a verse-by-verse message from Pastor Doug Service Times.

Ministry and Community

We offer children's ministry for infants through 11 years old, with age-appropriate Bible teaching and childcare. Special needs classes are available at the 9:45 AM Sunday service. Youth groups for junior high and senior high students meet on Sundays and Wednesdays Children's Ministry.

Facilities and Amenities

The church has a sanctuary, a café open before and after services, and a family room for parents who prefer to stay with their children. The campus is equipped with modern facilities, including a new sanctuary completed in 2023 History of Calvary.
