The Church has done a great job for over 30 years helping drug addicts. But, they do not work with any churches in the area. The majority and reputation this church has is they do it all themselves and not work within the body of Christ> It's more their Vision then Gods. I won't say every Victory Outreach is like this, but Portland Victory Outreach has gotten that reputation. It's wonderful to see many churches in Oregon work with one another to spread the gospel. We should all pray that Victory Outreach of Portland will look into their hearts and see God's family is bigger then just Victory Outreach.

I find myself being drawn to this church time and time again. It literally takes a hold of you with it's glorious worship and testimonies, theatrics, music, and laughter. I told myself I wasn't hooked, but I still go running back. I love the people at this house of God. It is a true sanctuary of the King of Zion. I highly recommend anyone to attend this nurturing, wonderful church. You will like it.

I have not seen much activity from this church lately. In past I found it to be negative in many ways. I certainly don't see any local community support or responsibility.

Victory Outreach members sing and praise & lift our hand's up to God, and there are so many happy people and real Spiritual individual's who really love God. I am so happy and overjoyed since I have joined this church. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Jesus and would like to sing and praise the Lord in many way's with alot of other people whom live for Gods love in there life. Pastor Max & Linda share the love of God 🙏 with all Victory Outreach members & anybody who needs spiritual guidance. You can feel the love. 😃

I attended for a number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Loving and faith fill church. Sermons hit your circumstances every time, with humor and senserity.

The worship is unmatched and the word is very awesome all the time. Wed night at 7pm youth as well and Sunday 1100 for the same. Great people all around

Everyone needs to go to the VO and enjoy the excellent music, the cool vibe and mostly hearing Max deliver the message of God's love for everyone as only Max can. This is a life changer : )

Lord is in this building the people are very nice they don't look at you different they don't care about your race, religion, sex .I will continue on attending the Lord house and this church
