  My Husband and I have been attending Frontline Church for about 5 years now. We started attending Frontline Church downtown and Frontline Yukon since 2021. The dynamics are very different but the teachings are the same. They are a church that teaches what the Bible says. The congregation is on the smaller size, which to be honest I thought would help with the community aspect and allowing others to get to know one another. Unfortunately I think that's where we as a church lack in. It's a very friendly church and they will welcome you and ask you how you've been, but that's about as surface level as it gets until you join a community group. That's where you start to form those deeper relationships. I struggle with this as I wish a church as a whole we could all develop deeper relationships but I do understand why this isn't doable as a church as a whole. Frontline Yukon is still a new branch and I believe as we grow and develop more these things will be addressed and plans will be put into play for the church to come together as a whole more often and allow community groups to mingle with other groups. If you are looking for a perfect church I hate to break it to you but there's no such thing, but I encourage you to choose a church that teaches what the Bible says and not their "interpretation" on Gods word. Give it at least a year, where you are intentionally building relationships and plugging yourself in.

  My family joined Frontline Church Yukon in January and have LOVED our time here. It sounds cliche, but we really feel like family. We have been so welcomed and folks have gone out of their way to get to know us. We recently joined a community group and have had the same experience there. The people here genuinely love Jesus and each other. Frontline Yukon launched in summer 2020 and has grown considerably since then, but maintains a “small church” feel. The Sunday worship and liturgy is beautiful and gospel-filled. The teaching is Biblical, understandable, and encouraging. I would encourage anyone who follows Jesus or wants to learn more about Jesus to check out Frontline Church. Services are on Sundays at 9 am and 11 am, and childcare / kids ministry is available.

  We started going here because our family was looking to join a church plant. Grateful to see this church grow and reach the city of Yukon! I feel like the people here are genuine and strive to have community with each other. We started to help out in the nursery and were please to see background checks done on everyone prior to starting. They preach the truth here and are not shy to share it in a welcoming way!

  I left Yukon, and Frontline, before this new congregation was started. But it’s still Frontline, meaning that the leadership connected to it is the same leadership that emotionally and spiritually abused dozens and dozens of people for over ten years. Find me on social media or something if ya wanna talk about it.

  I attended Frontline for several years. Downtown. I have posted a google review sharing part of my story there. From my story on that page and what I supplement here, I hope that I convey a little of the abuse I endured at FL. I have chosen to post here because I noticed on the Frontline website that one of the pastors who deeply hurt me at the downtown campus is now a pastor at FL Yukon. This pastor unfortunately is a reflection of FL Church. I will summarize just a few of my experiences with pastor J.e.ff. As I stated on the FL downtown page, I am not perfect. I made some poor decisions for which I am deeply sorry. To make amends for my poor choices and move forward I allowed the church to get involved and lead me to a path of forgiveness. The method J.e.ff used for church discipline was not at all biblical. He mentioned that I needed to submit to the church and go through “my walk of repentance.” When I first heard the phrase “my walk of repentance” I was not sure what it meant. I later realized that the meaning of that phrase was to control and dehumanize me. In my encounters with J.e.ff, I saw that he lacked grace and forgiveness. He was verbally abusive and manipulative. J.e.ff had a tendency to solely remind me of my past sins without ever giving me hope for a better future in Christ. After FL got involved, 
my boys were going to counseling at the same facility my ex was going to. As a father, I wished to be proactive and be involved with their therapy. I begged for two months for information as to who my boys’ counselors were but was ignored. I felt as a father my role was diminished and that my voice did not matter. At the time I was not working due to chronic back pain and migraines. I had a letter from my physician detailing the extent of my injuries. I had given my physician’s letter to J.e.ff so he was aware of the physical pain and limitations I was dealing with. I expressed my financial distress multiple times. J.e.ff was dismissive of my hardships and he continually pressured me to work while hurt. There were few occasions where J.e.ff would angrily tell me to just go get a job. I have always been a hard worker. There is a difference between being lazy and being hurt. I was hurting and I felt J.e.ff’s attitude towards me was not at all Christlike. In the summer of 2018, J.e.ff attended one of my sessions with my counselor. J.e.ff decided to use this opportunity to create more strife. The main purpose of J.e.ff's visit that day was to deliver a lengthy letter that my ex had written attempting to detail all my sins from the last 2 decades of my marriage. The letter was full of half-truths. The letter went as far as to mention that I had hurt animals as a child. I questioned the purpose of the letter and J.e.ff became irate. Je.ff never liked to be questioned. I later found out my ex had distributed this slanderous letter to several others. When I questioned J.e.ff about this at a later date he said even though the letter may not be entirely true it is my ex’s truth. J.e.ff said the letter was righteous. So much more has happened. A few years ago I was blessed to have reconnected with an old friend from church, R0 bbie. He too was hurt by the same perpetrator and forced out. On April 25, 2021, two former leaders from FL, R0 bbie and R0 xanne, did a FB LIVE discussion detailing their experiences at FL and the toxic behavior they encountered. From this discussion, so many more victims have had the courage to come forward. This prompted Mr. Kn1ght to start a FB Support Group a few days later for those hurt by Frontline and religiosity. Within a short period, the group currently has 71 members. So many sad stories. It breaks my heart when I hear that people's faith had been shattered. I understand. It took me much time to be better and be able to forgive the church. My hope for Frontline is that they present the gospel in a way that points people to Christ and not away.
