  Great people. Friendly and welcoming. Theology is mostly on point. They do good things in the community. I just wish they would leave room for the Holy Spirit to move. It's kind of dry... It didn't used to be like that. When the church started on Broadway in downtown OKC, I saw the Gifts of the Spirit manifested more... I even remember the worship carrying on past the scheduled time to allow the presence of God to move. It's hard to find a church like that nowadays (biblically balancing order and teaching while also allowing God to do what He wants to do, even if it interrupts your schedule).

  Pastor Josh and the Frontline Church are the most awesome congregation in Oklahoma City pushing back darkness and bringing forth the Light of Almighty God! Great worship experienced every visit!

  Wonderful church, lovely people. This is probably the best church I’ve been to. We travel for work so we were here for 3 months and they were amazing. We were sad to go, but had to move to another state. Kids ministry was great, my kids loved it. You can tell they have a heart for their community. Best of all the preach the Gospel!

  I was attending for 8 years from 2015 - 2023 Pros: the church is gospel centered, good Bible teaching for the most part, they donate to various causes to help the poor, there was always someone to greet you at the door. Cons: leadership can be passive aggressive at times, allows women to be leaders/teachers of community groups with men (1st Timothy 2:12), requires baptism before partaking in communion (a legalism not mandated by scripture), can be kind of cliquish.

  They have no room for anyone new. We came here three times and no one has started a conversation with us even when we try to start one and introduce ourselves to those around us. Everyone is too busy with their own friends to care about you. We even filled out information to be put in a community group but no one contacts us. I dont like this place or the people and we will not come back.

  Just walked in needed a place to worship on Sunday morning and had a great experience. Contemporary worship style music. Beautiful sanctuary worth seeing. Friendly and warm, but not uncomfortable. The pastor gave one of the most refreshingly simple yet challenging explanations of the Good Friday text. I would encourage anyone that is in the area needing a regular church or just needing a place to worship for a Sunday away from home.

  If you want to walk in, be ignored or otherwise be made to feel unwelcome, you should keep moving because that's not how it is at Frontline. I've been there 3 weeks now and I get greeted and welcomed every time. People look for so many things out of there church so I can't hope to cover what you're looking for in this short review, but I can tell you that it's worth your time to check it out, you'll likely find your new church home.

  Exceptional church. Terrific Christ centered worship that always focuses on exalting Jesus. Biblically oriented preaching that is thoroughly orthodox. Pastor Josh is truly gifted as a preacher and communicates the gospel as well or better than anyone I’ve ever heard. This is not a church that bends scripture to fit culture but one that seeks to change culture to conform to scripture. Great church. Visit and you’ll see!

  My family attended one of the Christmas Eve services. The sermon was thoughtful and the worship was very enthusiastic. The building is beautiful and the hot cocoa and photo booth was Inspired. Anyone looking for a church that likes energetic and uptempo music should check this place out.

  I attended this church for over a year. I had hoped to do ministry with them downtown OKC. Great Gospel presentation, but not focused on discipleship. Young and inexperienced staff, ill-equipped for counseling. Counseling is not Gospel-focused. Pastor does not return phone calls. Nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to call it home.

  One of the best churches in OKC in my opinion. I don't attend here regularly (I attend another church) but I've attended services on numerous occasions and attended a few of their different events like the city worship night and I've always had a great experience. Also I have many friends who attend here and all have positive things to say. If your looking for a home church, this place is definitely worth checking out.

  Feels weird rating a church, but I understand the purpose. (I think) I will use the review space to recommend this church to out of town relatives/friends when visiting. Have brought plenty of family that might not be as comfortable visiting a church. Frontline offers a great worship service, encouraging & challenging sermons, and emphasizes the importance of community and congregation.

  The emotional abuse and manipulation I experienced at this church is something I still have to talk about in therapy nearly 10 years down the road. From controlling my personal life, to spreading rumors, to shaming me out of ever playing music again, to attempting to get in the middle of my marriage, this is a place I’d recommend to approximately 0 people. Don’t question leadership, and most importantly, never expect an apology no matter how badly they hurt you.

  Each time I experience frontline downtown, I know God has led me there at that specific moment for me. Yet I know others that feel the same. The worship is pure, the worship leaders actually worship and not "perform". The word is always timely, and delivered in a way that we can take home, marinate on it and apply it to our lives immediately. Josh is so sincere, and the sincerity of the pastoral staff is also felt. The heart for the gospel is seen, heard and felt weekly. Last summer my daughter went to youth camp and returned transformed. We were experiencing very difficult times. She always had strong faith, but she experienced God only in the way God can reveal Himself to her. And she was blessed by the experience and has planned on returning since then. Amazing! The youth group in Edmond has been a beacon! Matt and the other leaders are making a profound difference. They may never know the impact of their obedience until they reach heaven with several of the youth (and parents) they've touched singing, "thank you for giving to the Lord! I am a life that was changed!" I am inviting so many people to frontline. Partially because most have been exposed to crazy legalism and not-so-great experiences in 'church'. It is so refreshing to hear the word and to experience so much genuine acceptance and truth. I'm so grateful to be part of loving God, loving people and pushing back darkness!   Awful place… More like a cult than a loving, open minded church. They break up marriages and relationships. They tell you you’re living an evil lifestyle, even when you’re not. They’re not equipped to counsel a dog let alone a human. Just an awful place. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!

  I was made to feel very comfortable and accepted at this church! When you look out across the pews, it makes you imagine what heaven may look like. Bible based word delivered to anyone and everyone who wants to hear the word of God!!

  Moved here from Dallas and needed a new Church. Tried it on Easter recently and loved it. Great atmosphere and the pastor used the bible for all of the message. Will be back
