    The first time I saw this church from the highway, I promised myself as soon as I was old enough to drive, this was going to be my church. I kept my promise. I love the people here. It's a family oriented church--meaning, if you need a family, we're here!

    What a great group of folks. And the Pastor and his wife are very friendly lovely people. You can tell this is a real deal place. If you’re looking for a place to go for a shelter in these crazy days- this is the place. The people are genuinely loving and real. And the folks who lead this church are all very kind and understanding. You will be blessed by God here.

    I have been attending this church for over 5 years now. I consider them my family, and we are always willing to welcome new people in. If you wish to here the Word and encounter Jesus, this is a great place to do it. The pastoral staff are excellent.

    My parents attended this church for over 50 years. When my dad passed away and my mother went to assisted living and couldn’t attend church anymore, no one called nor visited her during the last 4 years of her life. I called the pastor one time to ask him about it. He informed me that he was too busy to visit everyone in the church. How hypocritical can a supposedly Christian be?

    Capitol Hill Assembly Church is a wonderful place to worship God and fellowship with others. Everyone is very friendly and the Pastor Eddy Brewer preaches inspiring, soul searching, uplifting, and encouraging sermons. His wife, Sister, Claudia is a great prayer warrior. They have Bible study classes at 9:30 on Sunday morning followed by the worship service at 10:45. Every other Sunday night they are going to have a prayer service at 6:30, Wednesday night at 7:00 there is a service and starting soon there will be connect groups watching a Max Locado video and then individual discussion. This Saturday, February 27, the church is hosting a marriage seminar, Maximizing Marriage from 10:30 to 3:00 p.m.. Please come and be a part of a wonderful church family.

    Where do I even start with this church. If you plan on attending a service at this church as a new Patron, there's way better churches to attend. The staff here are just so absolutely rude, first they jump to conclusions and assume your homeless because it is raining and we stopped under their canopy to stay out of the rain and fix our bicycle trailer, and well in my case I have a broken leg from being hit by a car back in January. This lady assumed that we were homeless because we had to fix our trailer and that we were just here for no reason, but it's okay because I had planned on attending their service but forget that. Soif you're going to be a new member of a church, I would recommend going to any church but this one.

    I’m from out of state, but visited. Very kind people here! Highly recommend! I wish I had a place like this close to home. They even gave me a little bag of treats that I could eat on road trip back home❤️
