I visited the Pickerington Church of Christ in late May of 2023. I'm from Oklahoma and I was in the area on vacation. When I entered the building on that Sunday morning, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by many nice people who recognized I was new. The two people doing the greeting outside the entrance to the auditorium were especially pleasant to speak with. Very warm and kind people who were legitimately interested in getting to know me. They gave me a little bag with some cool items inside including a Pickerington Church of Christ mug! (which I keep on my shelf now 😁) The service was well put together and led by people who know what they are doing and clearly put effort into their work. I especially appreciated the younger guy leading the singing with a pitch pipe. He did a great job and made the singing a very pleasant experience. The sermon was interesting. If I remember correctly, it was mostly about the more controversial topics in the church that we tend to avoid. I overall agreed with a lot of the things he said, but I also feel like a lot of what he stated as fact is actually something that is debatable. From what I understand though, this was not the normal sermon experience. I highly doubt that every week has a sermon about a divisive topic such as that, so I won't hold that against them. Overall I very much enjoyed myself and felt spiritually uplifted from the experience. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely visit again.

I attend a bible study there on Thurs led by their Pastor. The group is approximately 60+ in age. The conversation is lovely.Everyone has input and we laugh. A great bunch of people.

Traditional service with friendly people just worshipping God together. As with most churches of Christ, there are no instruments. Lessons are very interesting and applicable to your daily life.
