These people of God were over the top. Praise God! Very welcoming, loving and kind. Although it wasnt church service but, an community out reach Easter (Resurrection) weekend celebration. The breakfast was a blessing and delicious as well. Games and activities were great. I was glad my great grandchildren had this experience. May the Lord continues to bless them. Thank you, In Jesus Name!

Based on my firsthand experience here, visitors should know that this church teaches a doctrine that openly contradicts historical biblical text. They reject the distinct relationship between God the Father and the Son, which directly goes against the criteria for sound doctrine found in passages like 1 John 2. If you are looking for a church that aligns with standard biblical teachings on the nature of God, you will not find it here.

My husband Ben and I have been coming off and on for about 7 years. We would try other churches but always found our way back to Calvery. I had a healing in this church, and still till this day that health condition never returned. God moves freely through this church. Every single member has remarkable faith. Gods presence is there week after week. Pastor Jimmy messages are so relatable and powerfully presented. I honestly can’t see me going anywhere else.

Calvary Apostolic Church welcomed my family with open arms. Pastor Jimmy and the rest of the team were a tremendous blessing to us. We first attended a Saturday family prayer service, where I received the Holy Ghost and was blessed with the gift of speaking in tongues. This church will be my refuge and place of worship for the rest of my life on this earth. We do not live in Columbus, but we visit regularly. Ninety-five percent of our family lives in Columbus Ohio. My first time visit to this church was a wonderful experience! I felt the power of the Holy Spirit moving over me, through me and ministering to me. I felt purged. I felt relief. This wonderful and divine experience had me sobbing uncontrollably as I determined to keep a straight face. But, through thightened and shivering lips the tears began to flow. The Bishop delivered a powerful message about being BLESSED. As people disassembled from (the altar call?) I was greeted by one women who introduced herself and extended her welcome to me. That was kind of her but short as I was left wondering, what next? I had to ask someone if the service had ended. Sadly because of this Christian behavior disconnect, I left the building feeling disappointed that there was no brotherly greetings shown to a first time visitor. I am most thankful for the the Holy Spirit visiting and consoling me. Although I wanted to attend a week day or week night service, I'll never know if this is offered here because I wasn't offered a brouchure or even an information bulletin. I have no future plans to return. My curiosity is settled.

LOVE. That’s the first thing you feel here. Everyone is so friendly makes you feel like they’ve known you forever. I look forward to coming here every time there is a service! The music is powerful, the preaching is anointed, and the children’s ministry is AMAZING. There is something for everyone here!

Miracles are a regular occurrence at this church. I always thought it was a joke that a church could put a hospital out of business, but Calvary is for real. This church loves everyone and gives their best in every service. Can’t wait to get back!
