My daughter and I were looking for a church that we both agree on. It's not as easy as it sounds, for we have diffrent things that we look for in a church. I worknearby and had passed this church for yrs. I felt in my heart to go back and just check it out. We went to Sunday mass and a visiting bishop was there given the sermon. He made so much sense and I see my daughter listening. My daughter was on the fence with the church because even though his sermon was good, it was still difficult to hear every word. We were sitting behind the chorus. The bishop wasn't using a microphone, therefore many times you had to struggle to hear, missing words. Also, the chorus was very good, but she is drawn to the new age singing, where you want to get up and dance. I'm mandated a lot at my job and we will go back on a weekday mass. Im oping the weekdays is just as good and inspiring as the weekend mass. I like it and want to continue to go, as long as i can hear it. I want her to like it, just as much as me, for I want it to be the church we go to. I love that there are weekday mass. I like it that they had given a prayer to pray to God when you miss mass, but still want to remain close to him. I am wondering if they have Bible study classes because that I know she is interested in and looking for. My daughter wants to know the Lord's words. My daughter watns to know, have a relationship and to honor the Lord. I told her, I dont think any church has Bible study classes. I think those classes are outdated. As an overall we liked it and plan to return.

Really love this small church. The modern use of technology is a welcome shock when you see the huge monitor on the alter that has every prayer for you to follow without reading small print. Father Matt is great.

We go to the 7pm mass wherever we are visiting my parents graves at Calverton National Cemetery nearby. Always enjoy the sermon and hymns.

i don’t attend this church but i passed it and their sign said “count your blessings instead of airing your complaints” and i don’t know why but something about it didn’t sit right with me and makes me feel like their pastor would judge me if i went there

I was in desperate need of help to pay my car insurance bill, and Janet from St. Vincent DePaul Society helped me. St. Vincent's paid one month of my insurance bill ($61). It may not seem a lot to you but it meant the world to me. I need that car to get my daughter to nursing school every day. My daughter lives with me and she has a 2 1/2 year old daughter that I love to death and have supported for over 2 years now. The Father walked out on my daughter and his child, the baby was only 4 months old. My daughter is bettering herself so she can take care of her child. Thank you St. Vincent DePaul Society. And a special thank you to Janet for helping me.

Again all houses of God's afford us an opportunity to contemplate and meditate the great gift of God's love for us!!! What a better world we would be living in if we would take time out of our so busy and worldly lifes to step back and give thanks!!!!!!

It was redone but the Baptism Fountain it right in the middle of the center walk way...Making it hard to get the casket down the isle....Church was made smaller when the community has gotten larger ,no sense....going for Easter and Christmas Mass is nuts ....no seats at all before now it will be impossible....
