    This is a loving church that shines the light of Christ to the community. My family and I live two blocks from the church and we have been blessed by their ministry of the food pantry. We pray that the Lord may continue to bless this church and all its ministries.

    Attended all throughout childhood. Split my family apart when Grandma chose her ghost stories over calling me a different name. Hard to say this church preaches love in the face of that.

    I love this church. The people are so nice and willing to help you if you need help. They have wonderful programs for all ages. Very active church

    I visited this church for the very first time. The pastor here gave a very good service so detailed and the service was up beat. A wonderful choir. The congregation was very friendly. I would tell anyone feeling like life is hopeless you need to make a trip to the church. You will leave with a different outlook on life.

    I love this church! I visited from out of town and went to Wednesday night Bible study; it was so fun and relaxed. Great teaching and great community. Clothes donation, homeless outreach, zumba, quilting, mutliple services, and on and on! Amazing! Wish I lived the area, I'd go every week!

    The pastor and staff at this church truly love people. This church is a blessing to the community they serve. Many people avoid church because of the rules and judgment but this church choses love first. Many big churches are showy but don't put love first. For Christ to move in a church love has to be the first and foremost. It is not for us to place ourselves on the throne of God and enforce His law on others. We are to follow His law and live in a way that influences others through the Holy Spirit and through what we were commanded to do; love. God Bless this church and may they be filled with the Holy Spirit, amen.

    Even-though I can only attend once or twice a month, I truly feel that this church practices what it preaches. The message is well researched and the music is always appropriate. The focus is concentrated on biblical instruction more than attempting to grow membership by being politically correct. Truly, it’s not all about the show, it is about spreading the word. The congregation shows reverence and respect during the service and you never see congregants dressed like they are heading to a night club. I’d say they are neat, clean and appropriately dressed. You’ll never see congregants walk in with coffee, Coke’s or a breakfast burrito. The feeling is one of reverence and respect for the Seriousness of giving and receiving the message! Truly, my favorite part of Sunday morning service is when the Minister ends the service with a hymn relating to the morning message!

    I just moved here to Rio Rancho NM from Ryan Oklahoma. All my clothes are lost hopefully not stolen from the bus:( A down to earth guy named Dean opened up his church for me to pick out whatever I needed! I blown away how cool this guy was, thank you First Baptist and thank you Dean 🤝 Seriously the Okie 🤙 #renewingMyFaithInHumanity

    To be quite honest I only park in there lot because it's ajacent to the park and that's where my 🐕 and I play frizzbie. Never been to the church itself but I'm sure theirs a lot of nice people there. Helped a lady and fixed a flat tire for her she was nice, wanted to pay but couldn't except it. I was just happy to be of service. I will say this though theirs almost always something going on there.

    This is my church. Faithful, kind community and friends that have been a blessing for teaching my sons about the love of Jesus Christ. Pastors are excellent and give sincere messages for strengthening faith. Come join us!

    They are very concerned about the whole person. Spiritually- many bible studies for everyone. Physically- has free fitness classes. People that aren't party of this church- constantly outreaching to the community and in differently cities, states, and countries. Has an amazing youth program!!

    VERY friendly receptionist. Miss Judy is absolutely wonderful!! Heads up my peeps.....the Rio Rancho cops have set up the speed trap van again on Golf Course Road. Right across from the Mini Storage facility. Someone told me awhile back, the cops set one of those things up and someone torched it.

    I just moved to Rio Rancho two weeks ago from the Glorieta Conference Center. Your website does not give enough detailed information. When is Sunday School? I don't see it at all on the website. My husband, Dave and I are in our 70's and very active. We will be visiting your church, but I do think that your website needs updating and needs to be a bit more interesting. Deanna Petty

    I went there last night for a Grief Share group. It was amazing. It helps people get on how to get thought the passing of a love one. It was very helpful. I will get go very Sunday afternoon.
