I have been attending this church for almost 4 years and have seen how it has been a great source of community outreach that really cares about those in need. The pastor delivers bible centric sermons which is important to me. I have been involved in a few ministries and it is refreshing to give back when I can. Their membership is growing because they preach the truth about Jesus and love people. If you are in the area, stop by for one of their Sunday services. You will be glad you did.

I’ve been a member of Lee Park since 2015. I’m very proud to call it my home Church. Preacher Chris is anointed and knows how to preach the word and love people!!! He is the nicest Preacher ever. The music is awesome as well. Great choir. Very friendly and welcoming Church. If you don’t have a home Church I highly suggest you come visit us!!!

In my experience, Lee Park Church and much of the political culture in Monroe, NC, strongly emphasize conservative evangelical Christianity and Republican politics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I felt that many people in the community, including some local leaders, minimized public health concerns in ways I found troubling. Because of those experiences, I would not recommend the church or the community to people who are looking for a politically or religiously diverse environment. Others may have very different experiences.

Let me start off by saying that Lee Park is a very friendly church and they have lots of activities for the visitors and members to do. The Pastor is very nice and we enjoy his preaching. We are not members of the church but we have been attending Lee Park on and off since 2018. We did stop coming when COVID hit but we returned about 2 months ago. We have noticed since we returned that there is a lack of respect for others !! We go to the 9:30am service. It is very hard to listen to the singing and preaching because of all the babies crying or being fussy and kids just moving around!! Also there is always members and visitors coming in after the service has started !! Sometimes these families are coming in at 9:45 when service starts at 9:30 !! To top it all off last Sunday there was a young couple in front of us with a fussy baby and she decided to breast feed the baby in church with the Pastor Preaching. This not the place to BREAST FEED !! It's very hard to listen to GODS word when all this is going on. 😮😵‍💫☹️

I’m not surprised to see another incident in the reviews similar to the one I was about to post about involving my family. I’ve never seen a church behave this way. Trying to ban church members is an interesting way of going about spreading Gods love.

I love how they interpret God in with sports(sports are now affordable this past year) The school there is kinda pricey, seems like everyone there is in middle class and if you try to go to church there and you're in poverty they kind of look down on you but I guess your gonna have that in a big church. The pastor is absolutely Lovely and everyone involved is wonderful they're always trying to help those in needs by sponsoring activities for other places like heart for Monroe and always helping. The music is good it's more of a sit down hush church and the music is more elder involved which is great . I guess that's my opinion

I was visiting my parents who attend church here and was looking forward to going after I had heard such wonderful things about your church. It was even better and more than I could have imagined! I haven't attended church in a long time and honestly, if this church were in my hometown, I would go every week. I loved the entire service, every aspect, every person, every detail! Thank you for what you do and for giving my parents a wonderful church home!

This church is filled with love. From the moment you enter you feel an abundance of love. The Pastor preaches from God's Word, the worship is out of this world amazing. I attended for a year before I became a member. I was never pressured and always felt welcomed and loved. I still say "WOW" after every service.

Lee park is such a great place to worship our Lord. Pastor Chris is a phenomenal speaker and the talent in the church is so amazing. The music is very talented singers and a joy to listen to. The first time we visited Lee park we were greeted by several people saying they were so glad we came. We are very thankful we were invited to Lee Park.

Great pastor and leadership, only outdone by the church family. Such a great place to worship and hear the Word preached. Great programs for the kids and a lot of ways to get involved!

My kiddos have played soccer, and went to sports camp at Lee Park. Russell does a great job handling it all. And everything is Christ centered. I can't say enough about LP. I have visited church services there as well. Superb pastor!

The entire body of Christ is ministered to at Lee Park. Every member from veterans, elderly, special needs, teens, children, college and everyone in between, are strengthened and spiritualy nourised. The church truly adheres to Jesus ' call to witness to Judea, Samaria, and the outermost with inner city evangalism, support for men and women overcoming addictions, and sending missionaries all over the globe. Love anf Truth prevail. The teaching is Biblical and powerful. All the pastors are approachable, humble, and wise.

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. Lee Park is a phenomenal, Biblically based church. The pastor is a true servant who's goal is to follow the Lord and teach other Christians as he is led. The people who attend are not encouraged to cut any ties to family, friends or others. They are encouraged to be disciples in the sense that the Bible teaches, to talk to others about Christ and to be examples in our homes and communities. Far from being modern Jim and Tammy Bakers, the Justice family serve the church and give their all to the people that attend. All are welcome and that is obvious from the first time you go to the campus and are greeted and shown around.

The word is preached from the Gospel, it's family and community oriented, inviting, has modern worship with traditional flavor. My family have enjoyed growing spiritually with the LP family. Highly recommend!

At Lee Park the Word is preached and people are loved! Lee Park welcomes all people is multi-generational, multi-cultural. They have a Spanish speaking church: Iglesia Camino (different location now) The facilities are great. There is a place for babies, for toddlers, and for young children. The music is wonderful and you are free to sing along and even clap if you feel like it when worshipping our Lord!

The preaching and music is top notch. If you are looking for a larger church, then you won't be disappointed with Lee Park. This church has a phenomenal children's program.
