I have truly enjoyed fellowshipping at this church! Everyone is very welcoming and I learn so much! They truly teach from the Bible! If you are looking for a church that worships on the true Sabbath day, the biblical day that the Lord has made Holy and commissions for us to worship on, this is the church you should visit! It's a small congregation and the congregation contains members of all races which is truly nice and a blessing to see! There's no loud music and they maintain a reverance in the Sanctuary! They have Sabbath School classes that start at 10:50am on Saturday and then service starts at 12:00pm. They also have prayer meeting on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

My name is Jeff and I have been a member of GUMC for over 15 years now and have to say it is like a second home. I have often said that we are the best kept secret in Grandview. We are a very welcoming church and always enjoy visitors. We have a very active congregation of mostly older members, but are home to some younger members as well. We have a nicely blended service with contemporary and traditional music. Our Pastor covers numerous subjects in her sermons that are light hearted and enjoyable. We have a very active choir, womens and mens groups, a few different Sunday School classes to choose from if you want. We host two different weekly bible studies, and have a monthly free breakfast hosted by our men's group on Sunday mornings before services. If you are looking for a new Church home, Please come by and give us a visit and tell them Jeff sent you. :)
