  I was invited by my son Dalan for his baptism. I will say it was different. I have been COGIC all my life. It was different in a great way. Now my kids only want to attend their brother's church. I loved the welcoming atmosphere. It was a blessing seeing so many young people enjoying the lord. The pastor that preached was great. I loved the way the sermon was delivered. He preached in a way that even my teens could understand. This church is definitely a blessing me and my daughter's will definitely be back to enjoy another sermon. My son is truly under great leadership. Thanks for having us.

  My son was baptized here at Renovation church. Welcoming reception area with drinks and items for purchase. Seating available both inside and outside the congregation room. Large stage with a tub that people are baptized in. Lighting and soundstage for musical performances.

  We absolutely love calling renovation church our home we are so lucky to have them as a church family supporting our love and relationship with Jesus from the kids programs to the adult house churches to the Wednesday youth group there is something for everyone we love serving in the parking team medical team and kids room. If you are looking to get to know more about Jesus and what he has to offer please come check this church out.

  Started attending in fall of 2021 and was really encouraged to start reading the Bible and exploring my faith and asking questions. Pastor David has a really great teaching style that is helpful for my walk with the Lord of diving into the Bible each week and teaching on what it says and how we apply these teachings to our lives. Joining a House Church was also a major blessing as it brought us into community and great life long friendships with others. I really would recommend singles, couples, families, and people of all ages and seasons of life to check out the church! It’s challenging to the status quo of life and the world, but it’s dissecting the truth and lead me to saving faith in Christ 4+ years ago!

  Renovation Church is the most welcoming church I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you truly feel at home. What I love most is how much they encourage community and living out your faith every day, not just on Sundays. In addition to Sunday services, they offer house church once a week, which has been such a meaningful way to grow closer to others and strengthen my relationship with God and Jesus. Our pastor teaches directly from the Bible and doesn’t shy away from the hard truths. While it may not always be “sugar coated,” it’s exactly what we need in today’s world where misinformation and misinterpretation can spread so easily. I appreciate that the Word is taught with honesty and conviction. This church also strongly encourages volunteering, and through serving and house church I’ve been able to build real relationships and feel connected to a faith community in a way I never have before. My children absolutely love the children’s ministry. It’s warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for them without being overwhelming. Hearing the gospel presented in its true form here has truly changed my life. I’m so grateful to have found this church and can’t recommend it enough

  If you’re looking for a church, this is your sign to go to this one! Renovation is the most amazing church I have been to! Christ has truly blessed this church and the Holy Spirit truly speaks through Pastor David. The sermons are teachings directly from the Bible, verse by verse (which unfortunately is very hard to find at a church nowadays). This is the first church I’ve been to where I feel I’m actually learning about what the Bible is saying & the context of when it took place/why rather than about a topic with Bible verses to support it. Not only are the teachings biblical but Pastor David also does a phenomenal job of teaching in a way that is easy to understand. The church is extremely welcoming, we easily found community here by joining a small group. They also have great childcare along with a family room for families with infants/mothers to nurse where you can still hear the sermon! The worship music is amazing as well! I recently moved back to the Bible Belt and unfortunately have not found a church that compares to Renovation. It was truly a blessing to find this church and a preacher like Pastor David. It’s extremely evident that God has big plans for this church. I hope you come to visit and see for yourself!

  I’m so thankful to be part of this church! The community here is truly amazing—welcoming, supportive, and filled with genuine care for one another. The Bible teaching is clear, practical, and always points us back to God’s truth. I’ve experienced the joy of serving alongside others here, and it’s been a blessing to grow in faith together. What really stands out is the heart for outreach and missions—this church doesn’t just gather on Sundays, it actively shares Christ’s love in our local community and around the world. A wonderful place to worship, serve, and belong!

  We have been going to Renovation for about 2.5 years, and we absolutely love it. The atmosphere, the people, the staff, and everything in between. We love that Renovation has such an amazing kids ministry as well! Pastor David is an amazing leader, and his sermons are deeply rooted in biblical truth, which is so important. Even when we moved 40 minutes away, we knew Renovation was home for us, and we look forward to our Sunday mornings here!

  We came to MN to visit family, and another family member from out of state brought her 8-month-old baby along. Almost halfway through the service, a woman came up and told her she had to leave and bring the baby to the childcare room. The child was completely silent—no crying, no noise. We were told the baby was “distracting the pastor,” and that the pastor himself gave a signal, in the middle of preaching, to have them removed. This was deeply upsetting and unbiblical. Scripture consistently shows that children are welcomed into the gathering of believers, not cast aside because their mere presence is inconvenient. To remove a mother and her silent infant from worship simply to protect the pastor’s concentration is both graceless and contrary to Christ’s example of inclusion. We could understand if the child were crying loudly or truly disruptive—but to expel a family over a silent baby reveals misplaced priorities and a lack of love. We will not be returning, and we grieve that this church would choose order and image over compassion and biblical hospitality.

  My husband and I have attended Renovation church for little over 3 years now. We absolutely love it. We enjoy that Pastor David teaches from the Bible and explains the Word in a very understanding and relatable way. We also love that he encourages to take out a Bible and not just read from the screen. It’s impactful to actually read the Bible and not a screen, this is why we kept coming back.
