This place was awesome! Being able to see the community theyve built around it was even better! It’s beautiful! The people are so welcoming and make you feel like you belong there. Definitely check out also new year festival it’s a must do in the area.

Went for the Lao New Year Festival. Had a great time. Lot's of good food and souvenirs for sale. Will be there next year for sure.

Next best thing from going to Southeast Asia itself. My wife is from Thailand. We go to a Thai temple in New Orleans and also come to New Iberia to the Laos temple

Love coming here for Lao New Year every year! Folks are very friendly and hospitable and the temples schedule of events are always on point and time! Parking is getting tougher each year but that is a good thing meaning they are getting popular each and every year! Oh and rain can’t ruin this place as well!

It was the first time my husband had ever been here the parade was really nice we loved watching the different dances and the food was really good too. The only problem we had, they need to do something about the yard where they have all the booths setup. It was so muddy and sloppy you could barely walk to look at everything unless you had rubber boots on.
