It's a beautiful place I just wish there was more room and space inside. I feel that when it's full one can't breath but then again I'm very claustrophobic and I feel like I can't breathe most of the time. But other than that I love going to hear the word of God. The pastors are very delightful it'd be nicer if the people were more attentive. One feels comfortable at first but one can feel neglected when not invited to occasions or invited to getotheing or birthdays or just a call to see how you're doing or a friendly visit from the pastors or the brothers and sisters that would be nice. Brothers and sisters need to get more involved in people's lives especially those that are sick or are going through difficulties in their lives they need that spiritual inspiration from another maybe one brother and sister can become closer,to another person other than family members only. In the last 2 years that I have been going to this church I've had one visit from one brother and sister and I'm truly grateful to them for stepping up and helping us and that difficult time Josue and his beautiful wife came and brought us food and sat and prayed with us what a blessing that touched us so much. But we have never had our pastors call us or come visit and we understand they have a busy life too but I feel that they need to also remember their members.a call or a hi we are thinking of you we are here if you need anything, send a prayer 🙏🏼 son the little things that make a big difference two one person to feel loved or remembered.

I haven’t been there but they obviously do not care about people hoarding dogs , cats & chickens in building on their property in Centralia , Il or they would go do a walk through . Dogs can’t see out windows or doors , never go outside & there is at least 20!

This congregation was my home church for about a year. The congregation has ONLY 18 people on a good day. After one year, one would think that the efforts to grow the Church would be taken seriously. However, the leadership of the church treat everyone suspect, and although they say they want to grow, the normal response is to chase people off, so much so that members change their phone numbers, and avoid church member. My membership was denied because I do not pay tithes. Normally, I am a very generous giver, however, I did not Feel strongly to give anything whatsoever. Later, I gave some money, and later, when I did make a financial donation, My water was shut off because I could not pay my bills, and was told that I needed Financial counseling. It was fine. The counseling consisted of You are not paying tithes so God is punishing you. I now understand that this church has a Solid Rock in front of the door for new comers.

It's a great little church, Spanish and English speaking church. Morning services on Sunday have both languages, in the evening ran by Pastor Jesse Tedder, is English only, but great atmosphere for both come check out the night service on Sundays, its Celebration Community Church Granite City. Come hear an amazing praise and worship service led by Pastor Jesse Tedder, and a great message also by Pastor Jesse Tedder, or possibly someone else, but great messages.

I'm honestly glad that my family and I took a step into Solid Rock Church. Good people and a good place to worship God.
