Love this place. Heights is a gospel centered church preaching the truth that is in the bible, Gods word. Two services make it convenient for early risers or those who might want to sleep in a bit. If Heights isn't right for you, the folks her will gladly help you find a church that is your speed.

Heights Church has played a huge role in my family's life and is a place you can expect to gather, grow, mature and be truly challenged by the truths of the gospel. The pastor is a very humble, kind and transparent leader and he does an incredible job teaching through entire books of scripture and never leaves out hard topics or issues which may be challenging to teach. My family and I have learned so much about the true love that Jesus has for his people and what it truly means to live out "being" the church and not just simply "going" to church.

Then come and experience the community of Heights church. We are all imperfect people and Christ died for us knowing that we will make mistakes. He has done it all for us and has sent the Holy Spirit to live among us and guide us. He speaks through the gospel to us. What an awesome God we serve.

You will be amazed at how friendly and welcoming the people at Heights Church are. This is not like any church you have visited before- real, welcoming, and full of grace- I promise! Heights Church is a place you can go to learn about and experience Jesus in a way you have never before- come one, come all, come as you are. :)

Heights Church is a spirit-lead gospel community. The church is truly about sharing the gospel in the metro-east through building relationships, creating communities to lead one another to Christ, and making disciples and leaders within the church. Heights Church is actively involved in the Collinsville, Maryville, Fairmount City, Troy, and Edwardsville communities through volunteering, connecting, and other activities that supports and builds local organizations, like the school districts, Italian Fest, YMCA, Faith in Action, food pantry, and others. It is such a blessing to be part of this church.

This ain't yo grandma's church! I went to Heights 2 years ago with a bad taste of "church" in my mouth but a strong yearning to find community again. My first visit I was met by a dude in a t-shirt with shaggy hair and tattoos--who turned out to be the pastor. My interest was piqued, so I decided to stick around for a while. In the months to come, I asked a lot of questions and was met with real, honest answers. Getting plugged in to Heights was Spirit-led and God-ordained--something I also believe to be true of the mission, vision, and gatherings of Heights Church. Our anthem is "We Are Heights" because we are--we are the church. Heights is real life, done together. It's messy, and not always easy; but it's constantly being redeemed.

While we immediately felt connected and thought this was going to be our forever church home, we soon realized that because we weren't the picture perfect family, we was chastised and ridiculed. Unless you allow the pastors to dictate your personal life, this isn't the church for you.
