Calvary Chapel Gwinnett is an amazing church. There are so many wonderful, kind, loving people. Everyone knows each other there, it’s like a big family. The pastor is a real person who loves God and loves his church family. The Children's Ministry is awesome and your Kids will get taught the Word of God. I highly recommend this church for anyone who wants a true church family.

For many months my wife and I had felt that we finally found a church we would call home. That is until the pastor "Byrd" and some of his "Elders" felt that they had grown spiritually enough to take the role of God and judge my wife and myself for not being married. Said we were willingly living in sin because we had not been properly married. Apparently "THEIR" house of worship isn't for sinners. Now that's a first. It didn't seem to matter that at that time we had faithfully been together for over 19 years. We were raising two kids that we have since adopted. We have now been together for 30 faithful years and yes have since married. I'm quite faithfully sure that God and only God is perfectly fine with the reasoning behind our direction of path. I hope and pray that the shallowness has left Calvary Chapel.

Love this church! Everyone is super friendly and intentional on becoming first name bases with visitors. I appreciate the devotion to scripture and family. The worship team is super talented with a mix of old and new songs. Pastor Mark and Lisa ahead of the children’s ministry are great! If you want a small church vibe with diversity on relevant topics Calvary Chapel is your church family!

A delightful and friendly house of worship in which they study the Bible chapter by chapter together without the micro focus and selective dissection of other churches. If you wish to learn what the word of the Lord says and feel welcoming fellowship, then stop in and enjoy Calvary Chapel. God bless and I will likely see you there!

We love our church family at Calvary Chapel Gwinnett. Pastor Mark Byrd teaches the straight up biblical truth in love. If you are a new Christian, or ready for strong meat, you will love it too! We would love for you to come and worship the Lord with us.

This is a church that actually teaches the Bible. Goes through the scripture and breaks it down in ways most churches don’t. It’s a family church and the pastor is up front with you on everything and no fluff. Praise and worship does not blow your ear drums or beat your heart for you with the bass. If you don’t like what he preaches then you don’t care about the Bible. You aren’t just a number at this church like you are at big churches. You can be a part of this church and get to know everyone here.

They let us use it for our trail life meetings. I am very grateful for their hospitality. We are good stewards and use it faithfully to share the good news of the gospel.
