This congregation is warm, welcoming, and very focused on meeting the needs of neighbors near and far. That they manage to do as much as they do for others tells you this is no social club or “faith as a hobby” church. Worship is casual but always reverent. Sermons are thoughtful but never dogmatic. The music is a wonderful blend of contemporary and traditional, and is consistently excellent. There is no homogeneity here—you’ll find all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds. You’ll also find a diversity of thought and opinion. Out of this, you’ll find both richness and a beautiful kind of Christian unity. Genuine, lively, generous, and caring—this is a church that is quietly inspiring and reliably life--giving.

I'm very new to Wesley, I've only been going about 2 months now but very quickly, it's become my spiritual home, on my very first Sunday, I had no less than 7 people come up to me and welcome me into their congregation (including the pastor herself). I came because I was looking for something different, somewhere more open those who are different. What I found was a place where ALL really means ALL! Something that I didn't know when I first came but quickly learned is they walk the talk, and what I mean by that is, they have several ministries like a Food Bank, a weekly Hot Meal and a thrift store with very cheap prices providing clothes and other things at a very reasonable price. Pastor Vickie is incredibly kind and her sermons are wonderful. I think I will be here for a very very long time.

If you're a fan of thrift store shopping I recommend this quaint shop. Friendly staff, easy to get around, lots of items to choose from: jewelry, dishes, decorations, clothing, furniture, books and toys. They have 'fill up a bag' specials which helps to make thrifting fun! This thrift store is not too far from the corner of Barstow and Cedar.

Visited the food pantry and all the volunteers were very nice and helpful. It opens at 9 but best to arrive early as it does line up fast. Very helpful and they try to give everyone enough food to help out the best they can.

Wesley is a welcoming place “where all still means all.” Base Camp is a free meal ever Thursday. The Pink Cow is a fun thrift shop. Food bags are given away every Thursday morning. Worship is at 10:30 every Sunday morning.

Wesley is a gay accepting church which I now call my second home. Not only just gay accepting but, truly excepting of everyone of gods people. Proud to call this a second home. Very friendly congregation and hip, modern sermon.

It is a good place to meet, just wish there were more youth activities, I figured being so close to Fresno State there would be more support from the students.

We donate items to their Thrift Store. I appreciate the other services that Wesley Church provided to the local community close to Fresno State University.

A church that welcomes everyone and welcomes everyone to participate! They have a great choir, study groups and ways to help the community. This is what church should look like.

I am not a Methodist, I went with friends and while my theology is greatly different, the love and passion this church has for community and helping those in need moved me.

Went for a memorial for a friend who passed. It was a beautiful memorial. This church lovingly excepts everyone no matter what.

Most of the staff here are amazing but this one pastor woman is extremely volatile and aggressive and childish when she does not get what she wants or is pressed about things she does not feel she needs to talk about.
