  We have been attending this church for 2 years now. Ever since we moved to the US in 2023, we had been trying out different churches (4 to 5 ) and finally settled down here. People here are very welcoming and ready to build deep relationships centered in Christ. I truly feel I have found and joined a family here and have been accepted.

  I agree with John, who is my husband that gave a four star below, that there is no perfect church, but this is a place I call home. This is the home I experienced unconditional love and acceptance. This is a place where I encounter God, with His word and His Holy Spirit. There are plenty of corners where I can God heard my cries, touched my heart, and I was able to move forward anew. Here I have family in Christ whom I can testify the love of Christ with. Welcome to join our journey with God, no matter if you are here as a guest or you are staying to be part of the family.   I'm an old soul in an aging 'not so young' body. I joined this Agape church group back in 1991, we bounced around, renting from schools, gyms, warehouse and numerous churches in the bay area. We finally settled (with God's grace) at our current Meridian location in 1999 and called it our home. Time flew as friends grew and families left, kids went to college then many returned. We have an EM (English Ministry) service that starts at 9:30am every Sunday and CM (Chinese Ministry) service starting 11am. We had a record 6 weddings several years ago and now adorable kids are popping out left and right, we've welcomed new members as family and cried when partying ways. As in any groups/families, we're not perfect, there's always room to improve so I'm grading us a high 4 stars, which only matters in the eye of our beholder anyway. Come visit/join our church and you'll feel the love/connection that you're missing. Open yourself up and experience fun, laugher, tribulation, realness, a shoulder to cry on- life!

  I have been attending this church for 15 years. It is a very warm and welcoming group of Christians. I am Caucasian and I was married to my Chinese American wife for 41 years before she passed away in 2020. We chose this church, and I continue to attend because everyone feels so welcomed and at home here.

  I started attending this church full time after my wife and I got married in 2021. She grew up in this church and we attend with our children now. We really like the tight knit community and the support we get from and get to share with other parents here.

  I have been attending agape for the last 2 years or so and have been treated like family. Thankful to have wonderful pastors, brothers and sisters, and be part of a small group that I can grow together with spiritually and also have fun with!

  My very first impression of this church was a warm, welcoming greeting from a receptionist, whom I later realized was Pastor Su, the speaker of the day. The worship was inspiring, and the biblical teaching was clear, practical, and encouraging. It's a very loving and warm family.
