  Through this church, God has rocked my world!! I've been a Christian almost all of my life but I didn't really KNOW God or Jesus. When I started coming to Searchlight I started to really learn more and found out I was loved unconditionally and God wasn't a dictator in the sky. I developed deep and meaningful friendships with those at Searchlight and never felt unaccepted or unwelcomed. This church meets you where you are at, wherever you are at in your walk of life. The Wednesday night service is the highlight of each week for me! I love hearing the truth about God and his word, seeing radical positive changes in those around me and I'm able to be happy or sad yet still be accepted. I also attend the Sunday Women's Fellowship which has really fostered my personal growth and has deepened my relationship with other women. I can be real and share the ups and downs of life. I love the culture of Searchlight because it's all about being real and taking off the "masks" we all wear. This helps us to see the real love of Jesus and helps us to grow into the best we can be!!

  The most laidback and open-minded Christian community I have ever met, accepting of everyone regardless of faith systems, or none. A great place to grow spiritually and in life, and heal from past hurts and current struggles. The most loving place, unconditional love, sound practical, logical, emotionally appealing, and honest teachings based on what God's word actually says without the Bible thumping, strong relationally, leaders holding each other accountable, awesome coaching culture with opportunities to grow into God's calling for one's life, and have FUN. A great untraditional church for people that normally don't like church. The small groups are phenomenal! So passionate about changing the world for the better one life at a time!

  Being an Atheist I was surprised when I was invited to church. I'm always looking to learn about different religions so I was a bit intrigued when I heard how different it is than most churches. My interest turned into delighted astonishment; When I found how open I could be I reached a more positive aspect towards christianity and though I may not agree with everything in the church I am able to learn while being in a community where I can feel loved. I even did pretty decent in a bible trivia game at a friends house.

  This place feels like home. I explore my walk with Jesus and I can also shoot the breeze about sports, music and hobbies. It's super laid back, but also totally grounded in God's word! I love it!!!
