They have a wide variety of clothes, furniture, used and new beds, a wide variety of knick knacks, and some kitchen items. It's all depending on donations. I think some prices could be a little better on some items. I found something but they wouldn't come down on the price or was not with the 3$ so I'll look else where. However, they are generally well priced.

I am so so thankful for this place. Both my son and daughter went through the program . There lives have turned around and have been changed from drugs and despair ,to love and joy. I am thankful to everyone there. They know what there doing and have turned our family around with there love. By the Grace of God we have a brand new family. If your looking for the best rehab you've found it!

Dont miss the forrest for the trees.. Going to get clean won't work. I graduated! But its been 10 years since... I hope if you read this and are thinking about going there... You'll never be cold at night! Maybe during the day at construction, lol. You won't be hungry. Brothers/sisters in the dorms got you. Dont worry about staff Dont worry about what PG does. I graduated from the center July of 2020 though I relapsed a week after graduating which lasted for a month in a half. I loved the staff they all made a meaningful impact on my life and I made life long friends there who also made a positive impact on my life. I learned so much at the center and it brought me closer to God and for all that I am truly grateful if any of the staff read this I love yall miss yall and remember jesus loves yall too

They pastor at True Faith Baptist Church in Cussetta Alabama, Billie Watts recommended this place for my daughter. She had to leave if she used the phone in the first 30 days and im glad she used the phone to call to leave there. She came in one morning and as soon as they took our money they threw her off to the back. No counselor,no tour, nothing but telling her she will start working in the morning. This place is definitely a cult. I hope it will be looked into at some point. My ex mother in law Sheila Akers thought this was a great idea as well because she wanted to pat herself on the back as well. My daughter was miserable with this place because she already knows Jesus, she needed help with her addiction. Thankfully she got help in Tennessee!! Not at this place.

It was 2 months and 20 days after checking in to the program that I was allowed to go to a free clinic in Anniston, Alabama. Turns out I had an enlarged prostate and kidney infection. Along with anemia and high blood pressure. Taking someone to the free clinic, St. Michaels, doesn't cost Center of Hope anything. I was going to schedule for blood work to be done to see if my PSA count was too high. If the numbers were too high, I would have needed a biopsy done on my prostate. After I received medication for my prostate and anemia and high blood pressure, nothing more was done. I never missed work. Medical treatment should never be denied. Things are harder to go through and endure when in my 60's. I asked someone who had been in the program how many people that they know of that had medical problems that had been refused to be taken to the clinic in Anniston. This person said alot of people. I am letting it be known what I experienced there. I don't care who gets mad.

Center of Hope is a place for drug, alcohol, and life circumstances recovery. Long term care is provided for young and old with a Christ centered approach to all the problems of life. It is a residential program. There are so many ministries within the program but all with same emphasis...recovery. Attend a Sunday worship service at Lighthouse Church in Oxford, Alabama for sample of the dynamics of the Center of Hope's spirit and program.

My best friend died here of a drug overdose and they're not doing anything to bring the person who gave him that to Justice. This is supposed to be the place to get clean and get your life together and yet he died there and wasn't found till almost 7 hours later. Don't send your loved ones here if you want to see them again

This place is amazing!!! If you're willing to humble yourself and understand what they're trying to teach you everything becomes magical. The staff are amazing especially our preachers during praise and worship and your classes. I am more than grateful and in awe that I go there. I've been there 4 months and now and I love it. I love everything about this place. You just have to be willing and humbled.

I was and also went through the Center of Hope and to be honest I never was even wanted to go to or even thinking about going to a Rehab but to be honest whenever I ended up getting myself together and upon my arrival I literally was straight up without any hesitation from the staff members there at the Center of Hope they started right off the bat really showing me Love and I never was once ever seen the type of Love that they were giving me as well as showing me and they didn't just do it for just that day but they showed me the same kind of Love everyday all the way up to my Graduation back on January 28th of 2024. And I literally went into the Center of Hope with no intentions of even giving it a shot until the day I started to let everything go and letting God in my life and that's whenever everything started to be and also starting to turn for the better for real. And God just showed up and he literally showed out in my life as well and I honestly till this day feel totally better than those days out in my old life and everything else. Praise God and my Heavenly Father for never once leaving my side and I also thank my family and my Best Friend Jessica Mauldin for never giving up on me either and all those prayers momma well you are seeing me today and I know that you are praising God for letting you be sitting here today and being able to watch all those prayers you and everyone else prayed for me well they came true and God answered y'all's prayers

This is a great place if you or a loved one needs help. They have helped a member of my family greatly. They give the residents jobs to do to teach responsibility, they have church services on Wednesday nights and Sunday’s . I would recommend them to anyone that needs help for their self or a loved one.

After visiting and spending a great deal of time at Center of Hope in Anniston for the last three Sundays, my Spirit is confirming within me that God is all over this place. Is it perfect?... Only Heaven is perfect. Is it a great place for someone who is "sick and tired of being sick and tired" and who wants to find peace in their heart and find victory over life-long troubles? My daughter is here and she loves this program it has really changed her life. Yes it is a hard program and there are rules. If you are not ready to change your life don’t waste your time or theirs. The reviews are so not true on here. Update: My daughter graduated and has continued to do very well.

I love this place of God. My 8 year old was delivered from issues when Pastor Burns and the congregation prayed for him. God works miracles at that church. Never believe negative comments until you go and experience something yourself. There is always more to the story. Pastor Burns and the people he has around him truly have a heart for God.

So i been on here reading the other reviews and i was amazed at the foolishness i read about this place . The devil is really really really mad, why ??? Because people are getting delivered ,healed and set free of his chains at this place..I went there in Feb.2014 and graduated in Jan of 2015 and the Lord told me to set down and i did for 5 more months, they gave me a job working at Pastor Garry's house and paid me 200 a week me and another lady. Now to me that was a complete blessing why?? Because while in 1st phase i was doing stuff i should have gotten kicked out for and almost did , but because of the grace of God through Mrs Heather Brown ( the program director for the ladies) i wasn't put out . This placed blessed my life truly and many others and i recommend it for anyone that want to truly learn and come into a relationship with Jesus Christ and experience the Holy Ghost and the Kingdom of God. Half of us would be dead if God hadn't had mercy on us and hadn't put it in the Pastor's Heart to build this place . So a;ll this mess that people are saying about this place isn't true , i Pray for you . some folks just ain't ready to change, and another thing, i wasn't court ordered and they waved my fee so that was also God's grace over me. I mean truly , I don't care what kinda mess is said, If you have someone you know that needs help and is willing to do anything to change , take them to the Center of Hope. The reason why there some bad reviews is because some simply just wasn't ready and plus they wanted things to be the way they wanted and just don't like authority, you are either ready to truly give your life to Christ or you're not ,but if you are ready , please go here God you all and thank you Center of hope for allowing God to use you to change my life - Bethany Stinnett

A wonderful place to sit down and learn about Jesus! God saved my life through this place back in 2014! I was a hopeless drug addict and was set free and delivered by Jesus! Wonderful program and wonderful staff! Those who have left bad reviews were not ready for a change.
